Ingrid loves spending time with her young daughters, exploring the world through their curious eyes. In her spare time she also enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, snowboarding, reading and photography. Ingrid grew up on an organic farm in Austria. As a child she loved playing with her siblings and cousins outdoors, building forts, feeding farm animals, climbing trees, building snowmen, igloos and skiing and sledding down the hill at her house. Ingrid has traveled extensively and some of her favorite spots include the Greek and Hawaiian Islands, Antigua, Guatemala, and Rome. She currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
Ingrid taught Preschool and Kindergarten in Austria for 4 years before moving to the U.S. She has always felt a special connection with children and during her years as a teacher, she developed an interest in supporting the kids who appeared to have greater challenges in reaching their potential. When she moved to San Francisco, she realized her calling to pediatric occupational therapy after working with a child with an autistic spectrum disorder and meeting a wonderful OT. Ingrid attended San Jose State University.
